Shipping Policy
All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based on the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient is responsible for all import fees, which will be collected at the time of delivery. We currently ship to a limited list of countries outside of Lebanon. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@diam.com and a sales representative will assist you with your purchase.
Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer, please contact that retailer directly for returns or exchanges. DIAM, Inc. is not responsible for items not purchased directly through us.
